Marmicmon Integrated Marketing and Communications, is more than a marketing company, we also provide placement and Facility Staffing Services for Canadian organisations. The Caribbean has a pool of educated workers particularly since there are now full Canadians programmes  being delivered locally in countries like Jamaica. These certified graduates have achieved Canadian certification and are capable and eager to ply their skills internationally. We only source employment opportunities for graduates of an accredited Canadian program.

Placement Services:

We provide placement services for Canadian certified, skilled workers including  Dental Hygienists, Early Childhood Educators, and Canadian Practical Nurses.

Facility Staffing Services

We provide staffing services for the low skilled program which is currently limited to Care Aides (Personal Care Attendant/Resident Care Attendant/Home Support Worker). We employ these care Aides and are responsible for their entire wage, medical, and benefits under the particular Provincial and Federal law. We provide staffing services to dedicated selected clients.

Once in Canada we provide all benefits to the candidate under the terms of the employment contract. Working with the Jamaica Liaison Service we provide Canadian orientation prior to the candidate’s arrival and on their behalf, affordable and suitable accommodation is sourced. On the job orientation is also provided by our Registered Nurse on staff and whilst we are offering a staffing service to our clients, ultimately the candidate is under our employ. Our staffing services are with dedicated employers and for all other categories of worker we provide a placement service. Given the vulnerability of low skilled workers and all the requirements that employers need to full-fill with Service Canada, we are more than happy to embrace all the responsibilities and this is due to our history with the Caribbean candidates from training to graduation and subsequently their transition as our full-time employees.

As a member of the British Columbia Seniors Living Association, British Columbia Care Provider association, and South Okanagan Chamber of Commerce we seek to enhance Health Care services and promote best practices.
